Scientists are always trying to disprove acts of paranormal activity. They believe that if a subject lacks proof that the item is impossible to be real.
Ouija boards by definition are a portal to the paranormal realm, yet scientist thinks it’s nothing more than a board game.
Their research proved that there is no supernatural force moving the planchette but rather people using the board on subconscious level has it moved.
In 2012, a study conducted at the University of British Columbia ran a series of tests to grasp a better understanding of the Ouija board from Hasbro Gaming. The test subjects had a set of yes and no questions that they had to answer.
At first, were verbal answers and second, the responses had to go through the Ouija board. When using the game, the test subject was blindfolded, and their partner removed their hands from the planchette.
The test was to see if a person used their second intelligence when playing with the Ouija board.
Scientists believe that we have the other intelligence that is active deep inside our subconscious.
In other words, meaning that a person can move an object without awareness of the action combined with a strong sense of wanting an answer.
Scientists believe that this effect comes into play when people are using the Ouija board.
Scientists believe the board is nothing more than our mind playing tricks on us creating the illusion that the game is moving on its own accord.
There is some truth to this logic behind their statement. When using the board, a person concentrates on the questions they are seeking answers too.
The spirits draw on this energy and use it to communicate with the other side. Many cases raised the question that an unworldly presence might be in control and not those playing with the board.
Additionally, there will always be a debate about the reality of the paranormal world. Some believe in its existence due to personal experiences while others will continue to seek out hard facts to prove this abnormality.
Scientists value facts and reasoning to support their ideas an find the idea of merely believing as farfetched. Many things in the world are still unknown. Who’s to say that the paranormal is not among the unknown?
Now, shush, I’m trying to read.
